A. We are open from 9-6 Monday-Friday and from 9-3 on Saturday at the Hulen location. At Southlake we are open 9-6 Monday-Friday and 9-5 on Saturday.

Q. Do we take new patients?
A. Absolutely. Feel free to drop by anytime to check out our extraordinary eyewear selection. If you need an eye exam or have an eye emergency, it is best to make an appointment. You can make an appointment by calling the office of your choice or online by clicking here.

Q. Are there forms to fill out at your office?

Q. Does Eyes Nouveau fit all types of contact lenses?
A. Yes. As one of the largest volume contact lens practices in the DFW area, we will always be first to offer the newest contact lens technology. We excel in fitting patients with challenging issues. We routinely fit contacts for astigmatism (toric contacts), colored contacts, extended wear contacts, bifocal contacts, daily (one-day contacts), disposable contacts and all other types of contacts.

Q. Does Eyes Nouveau fit all brands of contact lenses?
A. Yes. We have no limitations to the lenses we can fit. Therefore we fit all the major brands of contact lenses eg; Acuvue Contacts, Bausch and Lomb Contacts, Cooper Vision Contacts and Ciba Contacts, as well as some that may only be available at Eyes Nouveau eg; Unilens Contacts and Extreme H2O Contacts.

Q. Why do you recommend yearly eyes exams?
A. It’s important because certain eye diseases, such as glaucoma, have no symptoms and can only be detected during an eye exam.

Q. At what age should I have my child’s eyes examined?
A. We recommend routine eye exams starting at age five. If a parent has noticed anything unusual about a child’s eyes such as excessive tearing, irregular pupils, or one eye turning in or out then that child should be seen right away. Dr. Pate has extensive experience with children as young as six weeks of age.
